Pumpkin Patch

Here are some pumpkins to go with my Crandall the crow card.  It also goes with the sunflower card I posted from a couple of weeks ago...makes for a nice Fall trio of cards.  Our crepe paper has been so much fun to play with (used it for the pumpkins leaves and tendrils) there are just so many things to make with it.  Have a happy day.

Crandall the Basket & Bow Crow

I've been at it again making more of my Easter Basket (throw away piece) critters.  And apparently the new mini bow die wants a piece of the action too. Please say hello to Crandall the Crow, just in time for Fall.  Well, SW Florida "Fall" doesn't usually happen until like December and even then we have to pretend that there's a nip in the air...UGH, it's like one million degrees right now!  Regardless, even Florida non-Fall is my favorite season and Crandall is making me even happier about it.  Hope you like him too.

Fox Hole and Faux Brads

I just love this cute little stamp set Fall in the Forest which debuts today in the new 2014 a muse studio holiday catalog.  I also used the new "Christmas Sweater" patterned paper annnd the new Copper Peerless Metallic Watercolor (pg 14) for my faux brads.  

To make the faux brads: simply shake up the paint so some gets on the inside of the cap then remove the cap.  Dip the fat end of a stylus into the paint and dot it onto the cardstock full strength...and ta-dah, faux metallic brads!  

We also have silver and gold so you can get all three and have unlimited metallic brads.  The "brads" dry rather quickly like within a couple of minutes and it's great for mailing without added bulk.

The "Give Thanks" stamp set is on sale this month on the November Spotlight Sale.  

What a nice set with several wonderful sentiments.  The wheat image would also be nice for a get well or sympathy card too.
