Beautiful Birthday 4

Okay, last Beautiful Birthday idea (for now) so here's another card using the new a muse studio Beautiful Birthday set.  I broke up the sentiment to put part on the outside and part on the inside which reads: "wonderful day".  This card is rather versatile and could be used for a birthday or thinking of you or get well or sympathy just by changing the sentiment.

Beautiful Birthday 2

As promised here is another "look" for the Beautiful Birthday set.  I did a lot of sponging on this card to make a kind of stormy sky with Eucalyptus ink. The greenery stamp was inked first entirely with Grass ink then I sponged on a little Mushroom and Nutmeg pouncing those two colors here and there.  Then I finished with a little Nutmeg ink sponged along the bottom.  Any one who knows me knows that sponging is one of my all-time favorite techniques.

Beautiful Birthday 1

I was a little unsure of the flowers in this set when I first saw them but now that I've had a chance to play with them it has really turned into a very versatile stamp set.  I'll be posting a couple other cards in the next few days all with very different "looks"...stay tuned for more Beautiful Birthday projects soon.
