Shine Bright Pink Sapphire

I used the same technique for the pink sapphire in this door prize project as I did for this project except I used Bubblegum glitter.  Strangely enough the new a muse studio Hibiscus ink matches the glitter better than the Bubblegum ink. The box is simply a piece of sugar card stock cut 7x5.5 scored at 3" on all 4 sides and assembled...easy peasy.
I think every girl needs a bubblegum diamond :o).
All products are Amuse Studio unless otherwise noted.
Stamps: Shine Bright, Mad for Plaid, Aren't You Sweet
Ink: Hibiscus, Stazon Black
Paper: Sugar, Onyx
Dies: Large Scallop Circles & Large Circles

He is Risen

Unfortunately there is only one (yep one) religious Easter stamp in our catalog so I had to get creative and came up with this card.  I do wish we had at least a couple other options to choose from but maybe the next catalog will have some more.  In the meantime I do like the simplicity of this one and hope you do too.
Stamps: Mad for Plaid, Grunged Sunrays, Essential Sentiments
Ink: Saffron, French Roast
Paper: Cocoa, Sugar

Spring Country Chickens

I love it when a project turns out exactly how I envisioned it in my head! I couldn't wait to get my hands on the new Amuse Studio basket die and as soon as I cut out the first basket and saw the left over piece (from inside the handle) it instantly spoke "hen" to me! It took me about 2 seconds more to realize the new tiny flowers die was absolutely perfect scale for the head feathers, waddle and beak and of course the blue flower for the basket too...it was all just meant to be! Eeeee I had so much fun using all our new items from the Spring Accessories Guide creating my country chickens & basket, I hope you like it and I hope you have fun with them too.

If you'd like the super easy dimensions for the basket "box" just leave me a comment or send me an email.
Don't forget to share my Spring Country Hens on Facebook & Pinterest too :o)!
Stamps: Mad for Plaid, Lots of Dots
Ink: Cocoa, Memento Cocoa, Lemon Whip

Hershey's Hugs & Kisses

Who says Halloween sets are only seasonal...here I go again using another Halloween set in a non-Halloweenie way. I used the "KISSES" portion of the "candy corn kisses" stamp and embossed in silver on French Roast card stock. The Fry Box was cut from French Roast card stock and lined with Winter Sky. The faux Hershey kisses are Heart Trio dies cut out of Shimmer Silver and just turned the upside down and tucked in. We made the card at my "Love is in the Air" workshop last week and the fry box was a door prize :o)

Stamps: Candy Corn Kisses, Mad for Plaid, Sending my Love
Ink: French Roast, Versamark, Eucalyptus
Paper: Shimmer Silver, French Roast, Cocoa, Winter Sky, Sugar
Dies:  Fry Box, Heart Trio
Schtuff: French Roast Twill, Silver Embossing Powder

Tis' the Season

Here are a few Christmas/Holiday cards for you to enjoy:
Stamps: Silent Night, Peaceful Forest
Ink: Nutmeg, Memento Cocoa, Cherry
Paper: Kraft, Cherry
Schtuff: French Roast Twine

This card is a total CASE from the Annual Catalog...I LOVE this card and just had to make one for myself!
Stamps: Winter Stag
Ink: Fern, Seattle, Slate
Paper: Sugar
Schtuff: Cherry Twinkles, Cherry Polka Dot Organdy Ribbon

This card got a lot of ooh's and ahhh's when displayed at my classes but the photo doesn't do it any justice. I stamped the Starry Night background with Versamark and embossed with Diamond EP...it's very twinkley in real life.
Stamps: Silent Night, Starry Night
Ink: Eucalyptus, Versamark
Paper: Eucalyptus, Winter Sky
Schtuff: Diamond Embossing Powder, Heat Gun

The currently popular chalkboard technique is simply Versamark heat embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock.  You can add "eraser marks" by smudging a couple of spots with a light colored ink (such as Lemon Whip) with a sponge or pouncing our static magic in a few places as well.  However I decided to not add any smudges on this card because I sometimes like to wipe my slate clean - snort!
Stamps: Mad for Plaid, It's a Wonderful Life, Holiday Tags
Ink: Versamark, Memento Black, Cherry, Evergreen
Paper: Cherry, Evergreen, Onyx, Sugar
Dies: Scallop Borders set
Schtuff: Copics R29 & YG67, Cherry Stitched Grosgrain ribbon, white EP

Pretty & Pink Christmas tree made by stamping tree with Blush ink then pouncing on Shimmer Chalk with a sponge dauber.  Quick and easy "wow"...the shimmery wow part looks so much better IRL.
Stamps: Winter Stag
Ink: shell or blush either will work, Seattle
Paper: Shell & Sugar
Schtuff: Shimmer Chalks,  Silver Elastic Cording, Sponge Dauber

Brrrr!  Okay, living in Florida I have to use my imagination when it comes to being cold.  So I die cut my snowman coated him with Versamark and heat embossed with Diamond EP. The sentiment was heat embossed with white EP.  Love using our Navy polka dot cardstock for the "snowy" background.
Stamps: It's a Wonderful Life
Ink: Versamark
Paper: Navy Polka Dots, Navy, Sugar, Onyx
Dies: Lg. Snowman
Schtuff: Diamond & White Embossing Powder

Plaid Christmas trees?  Sure why not...I think they are kind of cute, if it were up to me I'd "plaid" everything!
Stamps: Mad for Plaid, Snowy Background, Holiday Tags
Ink:  Cherry, Evergreen & Versamark
Paper: Winter Sky, Evergreen, Sugar
Dies: Candy Box (tree)
Schtuff:  White embossing powder
