Peppermint Swirl Halloween

This card drove me crazy trying to complete it, but when I added the CHRISTMAS peppermint swirls it was just the finishing touch I was looking for!  And bonus...it now qualifies as one of my reverse Halloccasions cards.
all supplies are SU!

Halloccasions Christmas Halloween

I used the a muse studio 2014 Holiday Hoopla Hostess Christmas set to create the Halloween card below.  Which BTW, is an extra large card measuring 9x4.25 inches.
As you may already know, last year I dubbed the term "Halloccasions" for cards that I've made using Halloween sets for occasions other than Halloween.  So now after making this card I have to also include the reverse definition, "cards that I've made using non-Halloween sets to make Halloween cards." Eeeeeheeeheehe!
Congratulations to Terri P. who won this card and the Holiday Hoopla stamp set to go with it, at my Customer Appreciation Halloween party!

Wicked Web Halloween Wreath

I think it was Kristine V. that first posted a wreath made with the a muse studio mini blooms stamp set.  So of course I had to make a Halloween version for myself.  As you can see I purposely was more haphazard with the wreath giving it more of a dead twig Halloween feel...at least that's what I hope it conveys.  And as an added bonus this card qualifies as a Halloccasions card too - Eeeeeeheeheehe!

Stamps: Mini Blooms, Wicked Web
Ink: Seattle, Stazon Black, Orange
Paper: Orange, Sugar

Christmas is in the Air

I did a workshop last week and highlighted a few sets that are 40% off right now during the a muse studio "Everyday is a Holiday" sale.  In the spirit of my "Halloccasions" cards we made this Christmas card using a Valentine set (Love is in the Air), and we made a get well card using a Christmas set (Hark) and we also made a masculine birthday card using a Halloween set (Nevermore) which is a true "Halloccasions" card. Stay tuned and I'll post that one soon!

Hill of Three Crosses

Here's another  "Halloccasions" card using a stamp from the "Spooky Boo Day" set to make the Easter Crosses.  We have LOTS of adorable Easter products to choose from but none for religious projects so once again I put on my "Halloccasions" hat and came up with this Hill of Three Crosses Easter card.   (Halloccasions are cards I've made with Halloween stamp sets for occasions other than Halloween)
Stamps:  SPooky Boo Day, For Peeps Sake
Ink: Grass, Fern, Eucalyptus, Saffron, Memento Cocoa
Paper: Sugar
Schtuff: Sponges, Tombow (for crosses shadows)

The Perfect Blend

Well if you ask me combining anything with Halloween is "The Perfect Blend" and here I go again using a Halloween stamp on a non-Halloween card...the coffee steam is from the "Toil and Trouble" set...Mwaaaahahaaha.  I think I'm going to have to make this a "thing" to incorporate a Halloween set into other occasions cards.  So far I think I've posted ones for Christmas, Valentine's Day and now for an everyday thank you card...what's my next challenge...ah yes, Easter and I already have a couple of things in mind.  Stay tuned for more of my "all-occasions cards using Halloween stamp sets ideas".   Any ideas what to call it...Halloccasions perhaps??...snort!

Stamps: Toil & Trouble, The Perfect Blend, Ovalicious
Ink: Latte, Mermaid, Memento Cocoa
Paper:  Mermaid, Latte, Sugar

Batty for my Valentine

I always like to find ways to use stamp sets in unconventional ways.  Come to think of it this Valentine card could be used for either occasion.  Perhaps a green or purple heart for Halloween maybe...?
Stamps: Too Cute to Spook
Ink: Stazon Black
Paper: Sugar, Onyx Petite Polka Dot, Seattle Pinstripe
Dies: Heart Trio, Vintage Labels 1

Hershey's Hugs & Kisses

Who says Halloween sets are only seasonal...here I go again using another Halloween set in a non-Halloweenie way. I used the "KISSES" portion of the "candy corn kisses" stamp and embossed in silver on French Roast card stock. The Fry Box was cut from French Roast card stock and lined with Winter Sky. The faux Hershey kisses are Heart Trio dies cut out of Shimmer Silver and just turned the upside down and tucked in. We made the card at my "Love is in the Air" workshop last week and the fry box was a door prize :o)

Stamps: Candy Corn Kisses, Mad for Plaid, Sending my Love
Ink: French Roast, Versamark, Eucalyptus
Paper: Shimmer Silver, French Roast, Cocoa, Winter Sky, Sugar
Dies:  Fry Box, Heart Trio
Schtuff: French Roast Twill, Silver Embossing Powder
